We told each other what we hope might happen during the whole campaign, the players told me something about their characters. I, as the Game Master, helped them to create their characters in accordance with the rules. After the characters were made we started to figure out our schedules, and when we could play. The scheduling in itself was by far the most difficult part, there were many scheduling conflicts and there still are.
