About Bot Lane Synergy
In League of Legends, the bot lane (bottom lane) is a crucial part of the game, where two players on each team—typically an AD Carry (Attack Damage Carry) and a Support—work together to gain control of the area, farm minions, and set up objectives. The synergy between these two roles is key to success in the bot lane.
The AD Carry (ADC) is usually a ranged damage dealer focused on scaling into the late game, where they can deal significant damage in team fights. They rely on their Support to provide protection, crowd control, and utility. The Support, on the other hand, may play a variety of roles, from healing and shielding (like Janna or Nami) to engaging or poking for the ADC (like Thresh or Lux).
Good bot lane synergy revolves around communication, coordination, and timing. The Support typically helps the ADC farm safely in the early game, sets up kills through crowd control, and helps secure vision around objectives. In return, the ADC needs to position carefully and take advantage of the Support’s abilities to maximize their damage output.
Successful bot lane synergy is a key ellement for scaling into the late game, where the ADC can become a primary damage dealer for the team, while the Support ensures their safety and helps control areas of the map.
